| I am seriously concerned about
the growing trend of enforcement professionals using prisoners to gain
media attention by putting them on television shows and live internet
web cams. These practices need to be carefully reviewed because they
dehumanize prisoners, may violate their rights, and send the message
that it's OK for law enforcement professionals to exploit prisoners for
their own benefit. |
